
The campus of NEOBC is located at 51049 Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, East Liverpool, Ohio. Nestled in the Ohio River valley where Ohio. Pennsylvania, and West Virginia meet, our beautiful campus combines the serenity of a country setting with the convenience of shopping and employment opportunities only three minutes away.
We hold the belief that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God. We believe in the infallibility, inspiration and authority of the Bible and are committed to the principles of the Restoration Movement.
Northeast Ohio Bible College (NEOBC) exists to train pulpit ministers, youth ministers, worship ministers, Christian education directors and Christian counselors to the highest level of scholarship and practical ministry; and secondly, to support our churches by training church leaders.
Northeast Ohio Bible College is not accredited by any Association, It is the students responsibility to check with any college they may wish to transfer credits to as to that schools credit transfer policy.
The college will assist in housing for students. Students needing housing should contact the college soon after enrollment.
The college requires that all students, whether full-time or part-time, attend church services regularly in a local congregation and be as involved in church activities as possible.
Northeast Ohio Bible College does not offer specific placement services, however, the college will assist ministers and other workers to find positions by sharing information of openings of which we become aware.

Individuals accepted as students of NEOBC have indicated their commitment to Christ and service in the church. Continued failure to conduct oneself in harmony with the purpose and ideals of Christianity and the school would lead to dismissal from the college. Any of the following would constitute reasons for dismissal.
ALL entering students will take an English proficiency exam at the beginning of their first semester at NEOBC. Those students scoring less than 75% will be required to retake English 101. Proficiency in English grammar is ann absolutely essential prerequisite to success in, Koine Greek required to complete a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Failure to demonstrate English Proficiency will limit the degree with which you will graduate.

A student who is academically deficient following any semester will have his course load reduced the next semester according to the following schedule until grades improve indicating ability to manage a greater load.

The prospective student must submit the following information to be considered for admission:
NEOBC will accept any credits from our sister colleges with acceptable GPA. Credits from other schools and colleges will be accepted on an individual basis.
It is assumed that students will not be absent from classes unless it is absolutely unavoidable. One absence will be allowed for each credit hour of the class. Ten points will be taken off the final grade for each unexcused absence.
Any course change, or addition, must be made within the first two weeks. A course may be dropped up to eight weeks with a withdraw passing (WP) given, if existing work merits. If work is unsatisfactory a Withdraw Failing (WF) will be given.
A student must be carrying at least twelve credit hours per semester to be considered a full-time student. All others will be classified as part-time.
Each student will purchase his own text book from a source of his own choice.l Each class must have 2 credit students enrolled or class will not be conducted; 6 audit students will equal 2 credit students.
Summa Cum Laude: Students who have earned a 4.00 cumulative quality point average will be graduated "with highest honors".
Magna Cum Laude: Students who have earned a 3.75 cumulative quality point average will be graduated "with high honors".
Cum Laude: Students who have earned a 3.50 cumulative quality point average will be graduated "with honors".
Certificate Of Church Leadership- 15 hours: Consisting of OT Bible, NT Bible, Basic Bible Doctrine I and II, and Church Leadership I
Certificate of Biblical Studies - 68 hours of core subjects as indicated on page; as year one and two of the Bachelor of Arts requirements.
Bachelor of Arts Diploma - Christian Ministry 136 hours consisting of 120 required credit hours as follows: New Testament 34, Practical Ministries 15, Christian Doctrine 15, Bible History 12, Old Testament 16, Psychology 6, English 6, Koine Greek 6, Christian Education 6, Practical Internship 4. An additional 16 credit hours of elective subjects
Students demonstrating the following will be qualified for graduation: Satisfactory academic achievement, Unfailing Christian attitude, and belief in the principles of the Restoration Movement.
