Dennis Arnold Dennis Arnold currently is the minister at the West Liberty Christian Church in West Liberty, West Virginia where he has served since January 1989. Professor Arnold graduated from West Liberty State College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education, Science, Health and Physical Education in 1971. He began teaching at NEOBC in 2002 teaching Old and New Testament studies, Christian Education, Speech and Practical Ministries. Professor Arnold is married to Joyce (Neff) and has three children Matthew, Sara and Becki.
Byron Bezdek Obtained an Master of Divinity from Lincoln Christian Seminary (1983). He has been teaching Biblical languages at NEOBC since 1999. Byron is currently serving in the Church of Christ in East Palestine where he is an Elder and teacher. He served in the Navy Reserve Chaplain Corp from 1983 to 1994. He is married to Juanita Bails of Sebring Ohio. They have three children and eight grandchildren.
Richard Chambers became a Christian in 1973 and has served ministries in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware. Richard has been preaching and teaching the Gospel for 35 years. He has held over 300 rallies, seminars, revivals, camp meetings and retreats in 18 states and one in Haiti. He has also Published over 67 volumes of booklet style materials that have been distributed in most of the United States and translated into several foreign languages for distribution abroad. Richard has a heart for the local church. Richard is currently serving in Lake Mount Church of Christ where he teaches a class on the epistle to the Romans.
Dr. Donald R. Cooper, Northeast Ohio Bible College President, earned a B.A. at Atlanta Christian College in 1964, an MAR (Master of Arts, Religion)and the equivalence of a M.Div. at the Emmanuel School of Religion. Don also studied Psychology and Counseling on the undergraduate and graduate levels at Radford University. Don spent ten years working in Clinical Psychology. He taught 28 years at the Bluefield College of Evangelism. He has been counseling for 35 years and frequently holds weekend seminars for family enrichment at churches. Dr. Cooper possesses a genuine love for his work and is dedicated to remaining current in his fields of study. The success of Northeast Ohio Bible College is important to Don because of his loyalty to the Lordís Kingdom and his sincere concern for the future of His Ministry.

Rex Dye attended Kent State University and studied at Kentucky Christian College. He received his bachelorís degree from Great Lakes Christian College) with emphasis in New Testament, Theology, and the Humanities. Professor Dye received a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Lincoln Christian Seminary. He began preaching in the early 1960ís. He served a nine-year ministry with Blachleyville Church of Christ, Wooster, Ohio. Professor Dye served numerous short term and supply ministries in Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois and continues to supply preach today. Professor Dye served for a time as Vice-President for Development and Public Relations with Great Lakes Christian College, along with doing some limited teaching. He has served as a professor at NEOBC from its inception. Professor Dye serving at the Ripley Church of Christ, Big Prairie, Ohio.
Roy Seoux is ministering at Lakemont Church of Christ in New Waterford, Ohio, and professor Seaux is teaching Practical Ministries and Corinthians.
Joe Thomas is married with two children. He serves as the senior minister of the Fredericktown Christian church on State Route 170, north of Calcutta, OH. Prof. Thomas has his BA from Cincinnati Bible College and Seminary. He is also a Gulf War veteran who served during operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm in Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait (1990-91). He is on staff with the Abila Archaeological Excavation in northern Jordan where he has dug since 1990. Professor Thomas would enjoy taking any volunteers who would like to accompany him to this biblical land full of history and culture. Prof. Thomas has been teaching at NEOBC since the Spring 2003 as both a professor of history and of theology.
Keith Wise has been at Saint Louis Church of Christ, St Louis Michigan in November of 1993. Keith is a native of Steubenville, Ohio and was a member of the LaBelle View Church of CHrist. He is a graduate of Kentucky Christian University (1972. He has an MA degree in Ancient Near East History from Youngstown State University (1976), and he has obtained a PhD in Greco Roman Studies from American University in Washington, DC (1997). Keith has served ministries in Columbiana, Jamestown, and Ironton, Ohio, before his present position at St Louis, Michigan. Keith has served on mumerous boards of Christian and Churches. He is a published writer and presently serves on the adjunct faculty of Alma College in Alma, Michigan in the Departments of Ancient History and Religion.
